Dr. Jennifer Boyce is a Consulting Psychologist and Coach. She has over 13 years of professional experience working in clinical and organizational settings. She partners with clients to help them design and live powerful lives.
Jennifer has provided career counseling/ coaching, team building, and workshops on various topics related to individual development and organizational effectiveness.
She has extensive experience conducting comprehensive assessments with the use of psychological assessment tools that drive the performance of individuals and organizational teams.
As a manager at Morneau Shepell, Jennifer led a team of 3 supervisors and 30 front-line clinicians. This experience ingrained an intimate understanding of the issues that many business professionals face, including retention, energizing a team, establishing targets and deliverables, recognizing staff,creating infrastructure, and creating system efficiencies that can extend to other departments. She brings this knowledge into her coaching engagements.
Jennifer’s extensive training on cultural diversity has equipped her to be sensitive to individual differences. Her combined clinical and organizational experience has given her the ability to work flexibly to promote the overall health of individuals and organizations. Her roots are in counselling people on issues such as marital discord, sexual identity, substance abuse, grief, and body image.
Jennifer holds an Honours B.A. degree in Psychology from McMaster University and a Masters in Counseling and a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. She is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association, Canadian Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association.
